Hello,

Hope all of you are doing good and healthy!

We are a software service company from India. We would like to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016, since NAV 2016 is the latest version currently available for India Localization which is officially released.  Our plan is to get the NAV 2016 license through a partner and do the implementation our self, since we have the technical team. But I have following question, 

Where we will get the full set installation components for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 ?
Whether GST feature will be there by default in the NAV 2016 India Localization installation pack? Or do we get it (GST) as a separate patch and we should update later in the application after NAV 2016 Application Installation?  If GST is a separate patch, where we will get these files too?

Hello Ranjith,
I would make it part of the agreement with the partner you are purchasing from that they provide you all the necessary “DVDs” and other files as needed.

Unless you are going to use this as a learning exercise because you are going to be installing NAV on a regular basis, I would recommend spending 10-20 hours with a partner.  They should be able to get it installed and give you direction to get you down the road towards self implementation faster.
