?Yes it seems some of the locations do not have bins.
I tested and added a bin to each of them but I still don’t see where the inventory is.
Is there a list of inventory per warehouse somewhere?——————————

?Locations can only use bins if the Bin Mandatory box is checked on the Location Card.
To see inventory by (Warehouse) Location, go to the Item List or Item Card and Navigate to Items By Location:

?The 10 units show up in USINE in the Items by Location.
And the Bin Mandatory is checked on the USINE location.——————————

Navigate to the Warehouse Entry table and filter for that Item number.Ā Does this show the 10 units?Ā If so, what bins are shown for the item?Ā If they do not show, is it possible that the “Bin Mandatory” flag was set after quantity was added to the location?Ā This shouldn’t be possible, but you never know.Ā Whenever the Bin Mandatory flag is set for the location, the Warehouse Entry table start capturing transactions involving the movement into or out of bins, so hopefully your answer will manifest itself there.

Hi Guys,Item By Locations uses Item Ledger Entry.
Quantity on Hand uses Item Ledger Entry.
Bin contents uses Warehouse Entry.
Bin contents does not show Adjustment Bin Code.My guess is that someone has already registered Warehouse Item Journal but forgot about Item Journal.
What you can do is to check Bin Contetns once again. On the bottom of the page, there should be a flowfield created: Qty. on Adjustment Bin. If not available there – export Warehouse Entries to Excel, create pivot table and check on which bin qty is positive or run Calculate Whse. Adjustment (Item Journal Page) for Bin Mandatory Locations and check whether something is in Adjustment Bin

?I’m on NAV 2013. I don’t see any mention of Adjusment bin or Calculate Warehouse Adjustment.I guess I would have to find a way to compare item transactions with warehouse transactions and find where it doesn’t match.

?Whenever there is a registered entry on the Warehouse Item Journal, it must be followed up with a Item Journal posting using Actions > Calculate Whse Adjustments to popuate the Item Journal.

I’m not sure we can even use Item journals, when I try I get this:The locations for warehouse employee SCHAMPOUX are not enabled for WMS.

The Item Journal shouldn’t require WMS. Are you trying to use t he Warehouse Item Journal?ĀAre you guys using Advanced Warehousing, or just Bins? If you’re using Advanced Warehouse then there’s more setup needed.

Like said, if the items wereĀ entered without a Bin, then you’ll need to “move” them into a Bin.If they are in a Bin, is it a valid Bin? Or did someone delete that Bin name? If it matches the Location and Bin codes on your Page, they should show up.
If you drill down on the 0 quantity, look at the filters there. Drop one and then the other until you see your Quantity. That’ll tell you which filter/field is incorrect and needs fixing.

I can’t find any Warehouse Entry that would have a deleted bin.I’m not sure how I can move them into a bin without adding an Item Ledger Entry, is it possible to do?
