?Hello to any admins of Matriks Doc…

Our corporate IT team just moved us to a new file & print server and copied all of our files to it.
I changed the Matriks Doc Document Setup Storage path toĀ point to the new server.Ā  At that point we could not open, delete, or import documents into NAV.

On the new server, I setup a local user account matching the account being used to run the NAV service on the NAV Application Server (Middle Tier) and gave that account full permissions to the Matriks Doc Storage folder.Ā  Now weĀ can import new files and open them, etc., but still cannot open older he attachments that were imported when we were on the old sever.

I fear that the problem may be related to record ID inĀ table 6008955 (Matriks Doc Document) which is a binary field so I cannot see the data values of that field.

Has anyone else had any experience with this before?
