Our auditors are requesting a listing of all manual journal entries for the prior year in Excel.  Is there a way to run this in NAV2009?

Wendy, 

NAV is great in this area.

1. Go to Trail Codes, Financial Management, Setup, Source Code Setup to find out what Source Code is posted on the General Ledger Entries for the type of posting (i.e. General Journal, IC General Journal, Reversal, etc.)
2. Make sure the column “Source Code” is showing on the G/L Register List and General Ledger Entries. 
3. You can then filter using the source codes defined in step 1.
4. You may also find the User ID column on the General Ledger Entries to be helpful.

This should provide what is needed.
