    HI,

We are BC 14 “on Prem”. We have not done any cum update from the version we upgraded to. We transitioned to BC 14 from NAV 2015 roughly 3 years ago
We have had no issues with User groups and permission until….. a few weeks ago…

We have set up 4 distinct User groups with the appropriate permission sets.

I now have an End user A & B who are in the same user group. They are both in office, using the same URL Link, and same web browser.

End User A when working on the bank reconciliation is able to click “suggest lines” but nothing happens (no error message).
End User B clicks “suggest lines” and it populates as expected.

I have double/triple checked that End user A is the exact same as End user B.
I have cleared the User personalization’s for End user A.

Any other suggestions or has this happened to anyone else.

    Hello Kim,

Have you tried deleting User A’s personalizations?

    Hi,

Yes, deleting the user personalization’s was the first thing I tried.

I am going to try recreating the user to see if that helps.

    Hi Kim,

Try recreating the user. It may be associated to the user’s GUID. Recreating the user could generate a new GUID.
This is a long shot but I would try recreating the user and see if it’ll react the same way.
