We’re on NAV 2018 in an Azure environment. When we had NAV servers onsite, we were told that we couldn’t put FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip on the same PCs that we used for Shipping because of conflicts that I don’t clearly remember.
Is this still the case for either on-prem or Azure installations?
Thank you!

There is a compatibility conflict between the UPSlink components and UPS WorldShip. This means that you cannot have WorldShip installed on the shipping computers where you have E-Ship and the UPSlink components installed. These are typically your shipping computers unless you are using Remote Desktop or Citrix to run the NAV client on a server rather than locally. It does not make a difference where your NAV server is installed. There is not a similar conflict with FedEx so you should be able to run Fedex Ship Manager without any issues.
Note that with our extension versions of E-Ship for Business Central 14 and newer we no longer use the UPSlink components so the WorldShip issue goes away.
