We are on NAV 2015 and using Lanham EShip.  When closing orders from the Summary Bill of Lading Worksheet, we are having to close each order individually.  Some have as many as 120 orders.  Is there a way that all of the orders close at once?  We have a promo going out with several trucks a day and this is very time consuming.  Our shipping department says that it has not always been this way.  Any suggestions?

      Thanks

      Hi Pam,

I’m not sure if this is relevant, but Jeane in this thread below mentions an action Actions > Summary > Update Summary > Release Summary function — do you have that function in your worksheet?

Have you tried to Close the Order from the BOL, Actions tab? You should be able to close them all at once from there, vs. one-by-one.

The orders should be closing as you Pack them.  Is there a reason the orders are not at least being Shipment Posted when you close the order in packing?  You can check the action for this on the Packing Station => Close Order Action.  Your options are Blank (Leaves Order Open), Ship (Posts Shipment) or Ship & Invoice (Posts Shipment and immediately Posts Invoice)

If you are wanting to leave the Orders Open after Packing, then you could use the BOL => Actions +> Functions of Close Order.  Make sure the packing station that is being used to run this has the Close Order Action set to at least Post Shipments.

      Hope this helps.

Ahh, I missed the “BOL Worksheet” on my first read…
From the BOL Worksheet => Actions Tab try using the Batch Post instead of the Close Document Drop Down.
