Is it possible to assign a Job No.and Job Task No. to a line item when creating a sales invoice?  The columns are available to add through personalization, but the drop-down to choose the Job No. is not available.

Karina,

BC (and Dynamics NAV) traditionally expect you to generate Sales Invoices from the Job using the ‘Create Sales Invoice’ process on the Job Planning Line Page. That process will transfer the Job and Job Task No. to the Sales Invoice and record the sale to the Job when the Sale Invoice is posted. 

This is a slightly different process than on the purchasing side where you can specify the Job and Job Task on the Purchase Order or Purchase Invoice.
