Job Journal->Prepare->Suggest Lines From Time Sheets.

Filled in the job journal line (see attached).  Post and the message is one I have not seen previously:

Chargeable must be equal to ‘Yes’ in Job Journal Line:  Journal Template =JOB, Journal Batch Name =JOB, Line No. 10000. Current value is ‘No’.

I personalized and cannot locate a field named Chargeable on the Job Journal table.  Check the template and batch and don’t see any where I check off a field as it relates to Chargeable.

If anyone has seen this previously would like to know where I should be troubleshooting to fix the setup or populate data somewhere.

Hi David,
Without being able to replicate the error, In the RTC, I was able to find the “Chargable” field when I went into the Job Journal page (201) and did a “Choose Column” where I found the field you are looking for – “Chargable”.  Furthermore, this field is set to “True” by default in my environment.   

RTC:

As you mentioned “personalize”, that would mean you are referring to a BC Public Cloud version.  Upon checking my cloud environment, I also see that field missing from the Job Journal page.  You will have to add this field from a sandbox environment and get an extension made to display this field.

Without adding a extension, but assuming what Nirav sees “…  the Chargeable field is set to YES by default”, consider that there is something in the import file that is triggering the chargeable field to be “NO”.  Is the job line Schedule or Usage?
