      Hey Guys,

      We are currently on NAV 2016 CU6 and have one user who has a job journal batch that when usage is calculated the document number does not auto-populate like every other batch.
      Each batch we have uses the same No. Series, but for some reason only one user is experiencing this problem.

      Anyone have any idea why this may not being set?
      Batches don’t have many setting and we’ve already tried clearing personalization’s with no avail.

      Is DAWN using the same JOB template as everyone else?

      Hello Ron,

      Yes she does use the sames job journal template as the rest of our staff.

      Does she have the same issue from another PC? Unless someone else has a fix, her profile in NAV or her roaming profile on the server is probably corrupted. You could delete the user from NAV through SQL and set her up again. If that doesn’t work, you will have to delete the user on the network and recreate the user.

      Hello Ron,

      We use thin clients office wide so everyone works in a shared Citrix environment.
      She has had this problem from anyone of our remote Xenapp servers.

      Deleting the user in NAV maybe doable as a last resort but deleting the user on the network and recreating her domain account seems like a bit overkill and not a good solution.

      Hi Michael

      The document no. is retreived from the line selected when the Job Calc. Remaining Usage is invoked. Ā Below are screenshots of two examples; one without a document no.and one with a document no. Ā As far as I am aware, when the user invokes the process, it simply copiesĀ the template name, batch name, and the document no. to the option fields.
