Jet Reports/Windows Update/Windows Defender

I realize this might be more of an IT question than BC, but figured I’d ask anyway.

We patched all of our servers last night, and this is the second time that Jet Reports has been unable to connect to our BC (2019SQL) and JetServices (2016SQL) databases. We’re using the Jet Service Tier. I have to disable Windows Defender on both the SQL servers, and then enable it again for Jet to connect. This makes it seem like it’s a firewall/defender issue, but I’ve verified that all of the proper ports are allowed – and this just started happening in the last month or so.

Has anyone else run into this?
