      We’re using NAV 2018 with Issued Reminders.

      We notice NAV picks up the Primary Contact name for the email. NAV does not pick up an email associated with Issued Reminders in the E-Mail List Entries. We considered using Document Layout, however, Reminders is not an option in the dropdown menu for Usage.

      Can anyone help with ideas to resolve why the E-Mail List Entry is ignored? 
      We do have Lanham E-Mail. Is this a better option that would work with the E-Mail List Entries?
