We notice NAV picks up the Primary Contact name for the email. NAV does not pick up an email associated with Issued Reminders in the E-Mail List Entries. We considered using Document Layout, however, Reminders is not an option in the dropdown menu for Usage.
Can anyone help with ideas to resolve why the E-Mail List Entry is ignored? We do have Lanham E-Mail. Is this a better option that would work with the E-Mail List Entries?
