Hi Lewis,

Do you know how the login process gets converted, if at all? We just renewed our NAVUG membership in December 2022 and looking at the invoice, it does reference the new URL. If the logins aren’t converted, how do we go about creating accounts and bypassing the paywall?

I think this is the process:

Click on your name – top right

Click Membership and select Subscriptions

By Actions, click Subaccounts and Add Sub Account. There is also a link there that you can send to your team members.

I can do that on this site (NAVUG.com) but I can’t even log into dynamicscommunities.com. Even if I select ‘forgot password’ it tells me no account exists.

I understand it is new but not sure anything transferred over or does anything transfer over: profile, associations, histiry for payments, company profile, etc.

Also, do connections transfer over, or ribbons (Contributor, etc.)?
