Well no the error is back! has anyone seen it before?
We’re running NAV2013r2 Directed Putaway and Pick.When I run debugger, it appears to pint to a particular item. When I delete the item from the pick I get the same error with debugger now pointing at a new item.
I found two Microsoft articles, but neither seems to apply to our situation:

Your issue is a bug that apparently has been there for a while and was fixed in NAV 2016. I’m surprised you don’t see it more often. If you are running the Planning Worksheet, that is part of the problem. It is all related to the Reservation Entry table. The Item Tracking information is stored in the Reservation Entry table and the Planning Worksheet uses entries there as well. The problem is that you assign the item tracking lines and the the Planning Worksheet runs and overwrites your item tracking. The only way to fix it is by adjusting the entries in the Reservation Entry table and post the order before you run Planning again. You may be able to delete the item tracking lines and recreate them, but you have to do them all. In NAV 2016 it has be resolved by creating reservation entries when you register the pick. The Planning Worksheet will not override Reservation Entries.
Good luck with this, it can be a pain.
