Hello – We are looking to setup Reminders in BC and to be able to email them to our customers when we issue the reminders in the system.Ā Ā Where on the customer card do we input the email address that we want these reminders to be sent to?Ā I wasn’t sure which contact email the system uses to be able to mass send these emails.Ā Thank you for the help!

From the Related button on the Customer Ribbon, select the Customer option and then the Document Layouts. This opens the Document Layout page. The Usage must have Reminder and you need to point to Report ID 117.

Robb – this is extremely helpful – thank you!Ā Ā I had one follow up question – what do you use/see in the community for best practice on the Reminder Levels?Ā Ā This is new to us, so just wanted to get your feedback from experience…

Usually we have seen clients send reminders monthly for the first couple of levels.Ā At the higher levels, you can go more frequently.Ā Maybe 2 weeks between levels or even weekly.Ā Also the text language gets more firm as the levels go up.
