We are looking at our available options for upgrading/changing our current electronic document management system. We are hoping to move to a cloud based solution. For AP, Nav BC is what we would want to integrate with for an AP Automation piece. Just curious what others are doing currently with AP Automation and electronic document management. We would want something that allows for integration with multiple outside applications – We have multiple workflows, doc types, tasks, etc.. not all related to our Nav Business processes. Would like to hear what others are having success with in their Nav integrations.

Continia Document Capture is a great option provides cloud processing and direct integration into NAV/BC. There is a web approval portal for non-NAV users. The source documents are always available (beside the Purchase Invoice) when reviewing and approving. It is worth a look.
