Is anyone doing “direct debit drawdaown” – collecting cash payments from customers from their bank accounts?
If you are, how much, if any, development work did you have to do in NAV/BC (and what version)?

      Hi Lewis,
Many of the credit card add-ons also include functionality to debit directly to a bank account.  They typically but not always refer to this as ACH in the white pages. If you guys already have a credit card add-on, I would look there first.

If you decide to do your own coding instead, I would start with your own bank.  See what their requirements are first.  That will give you an idea of what you will need to do. If they have a service to accept your request and send to your Customer’s banks then you will not need to code for a gateway to do that step.  I’m guessing the other option would be to code to each Customer’s bank directly. Or check into some add-ons ;-).
