Click the end of the message, a hyperlink that says “revert…” that will clear the error.

How do you clear an error in BC without having to close the window that you are in? In NAV you would use F5 to clear an error message off your screen.

There are couple ways to clear the error if you don’t want to accept a change, else a 4th would be correct setup to a sub-table if that is what you were trying to do.Ā If you select revert the change, you will not get prompted a message, and it will reset to the original value, and you remain on the page.Ā If you select F5 or ESC, you will be prompted to accept changes or not in a dialog box pop-up.Ā If you select yes or no with F5, you say, if you select ESC key and do the same to clear error, you are leaving the page.
