We use Clarity as a payroll system w/NAV. We pay our employees bi-weekly (so they got paid today). I want to add in a one time payroll to issues bonus check next Friday (the 9th) but can not figure out how. Can anyone send me in the right direction?

The next version of Clarity will help resolve this issue for you as it will give you the report for your accountant by Pay Date, not by Pay Period. This wouldn’t be an issue for you, except that your accountant is doing the 941s through their software and not through Clarity’s electronic filing service.
We can install the new version once we verify that the postings match your current postings.
