Change default filters in Phys. Inventory List

    I am being asked to changed default filters for the Phys. Inventory List so that Item No. does not have to be manually selected as a filter in the Item Journal Line ‘Show Results’ section every time we run this. Deleting the filter I do not want and adding the one I do want does not get retained. I looked at report 722 and this seems to be design of the actual report, not the default filters for it. Help, About, tells me that the page is 722. That does not actually exist as a page in Dev environment.
    It seems like an easy change to make if I could just locate where NAV is predetermining those filters selected on initial report parameters. Any advice here? Thanks!

    Devora,

    What version of NAV are you running?

    @RobbDelprado can you assist with this?

    @devoralocke Try this:

    In the development Environment, go to report 722 and click DESIGN.

    Right-Click on the Item Journal Line DataItem and select Properties.

    Add Item No. to the list of ReqFilterFields.

      Sorry not a right-click. View menu and then Properties.

      (*This forum still needs some work. It is not allowing me to edit my previous post or paste an image into a post!*)
