Did you know that there are over 1100 reports defined in BC/NAV?   Of course not all are on your menus…some are worldwide version and some are localized and some are process only reports, but nonetheless there are a lot of reports!!!

So which reports do you use?  Or for the partners reading this, which ones do you like and recommend to your customers.  I am curious to find out which reports are most used and I plan to showcase the most popular reports to my team that is currently working to implement BC14.

My favorite report is #10313 License Permissions.  I use this frequently when troubleshooting permissions errors.  Not only can you use it to see what objects you are licensed for, you can use it to verify that the license you think is installed on the service you are logged in to is actually the license being used by that service.  Note that when you upload a new license, it does not become active on each NAV service until that service is restarted.  In implementations where there are multiple NAV services, sometimes some are missed when restarting.  I only wish you could find it in the search.  Most of the time I have to run it from the object designer.     ?
