BC and Vertex Sales Tax Error

  HI All,
  
  We recently went live with Vertex Sales Tax plugin in our BC SaaS environment. We are receiving an error on any quote, order or invoice (not posted) that is being shipped to TN and that customer has a TN exemption. We have had our developer look at this error and our Vertex support look at this error. Neither has been able to resolve it and it is currently being escalated to Vertex’s development team. I thought i would post here to see if any other BC or NAV and Vertex users have experienced this error and what resolved this error?
  
  We have removed the exemption and this error will go away. We have looked into the Tax Details table (both BC table and the Vertex table) and cannot find anything.
  
  Jurisdiction IT 34975 = TN state tax and the tax rate = 0 is because there is an exemption in place for TN.
