I was wondering how I can add multiple email addresses to the vendor remittance in Document Layouts on the vendor card. Does separating the email addresses by Semi Colon work?——————————

In NAV2018, We add multiple email addresses to a document layout lines for sales orders and purchase orders, by putting a semicolon between the addresses. There is a maximum field length that you may run into, so we have also separated it onto two lines – it sends two emails, not one though, so if you need certain email addresses to be on the same email together, you will want to list them on the same line. We do this for Customer Sales Orders, Customer Invoices, Vendor Purchase Orders, but I see no reason it shouldn’t work for remittance advice, since it is on the same table.
