      Hello everyone,Ā

We currently use ACH for payments to our vendors, however, does any body know a solution for NAV that will allow us to use ACH for receivables? Ā  We would send an ACH to our bank that will process invoice payments from our customers to us instead of payments from us to our vendors.

      Hi Andres

      Do you mean “DirectDebits”?

If yes, I’m not aware of such solution for NAV. We do have the formats for DirectDebits for several banks, but the interface in NAV “Bank Data Conversion Service” do not support it.Ā

Of course it can be made, but it is not a “standard” solution as I now of.

      Best regards

I believe Charge Logic can process ACH on the AR side.Ā  We use them for credit card processing and are very pleased with their solutions.

      Andres,

We usedĀ a solution from ProfitStarsĀ for on line customer ACHĀ payments in Magento but maybe can link it directly to NAV?

      Hi Andres,

ChargeLogic Payments can process ACH on the AR side-thank you to Paul from Liberty Mountain for mentioning us!

Checking account information can be encrypted and stored in NAV. Ā ChargeLogic Payments can handle direct debits (charge a customer’s checking account) as a one-off payment or by scheduling recurring transactions. Customers can also contact you by phone and provide their checking account and routing number to make payments, and the software will perform a direct debit.

You can leverage ChargeLogic Connect, our cloud-based service for e-commerce and email invoices, to accept ACH payments via your e-commerce site or via ChargeLogic Click to Pay. Customers simply enter their checking/routing info on our secure web form.

If you have any Ā questions, please contact your NAV partner or you can message me. Best of luck inĀ finding the right solution to fit your needs.

      Ā

      Kind regards,

      Ā
      Karen
