Help! I have so many Copilots I don’t know what to do.
I’m excited to get started with Copilot for Customer Service, wait… I mean Copilot in Customer Service, or maybe I’m thinking of Microsoft Copilot. Copilots are changing the way that organizations are doing business, Not only are they making it easier to find answers to questions, they are simplifying how you go about your daily work. However, with so many similar Copilots across different product it can be hard to know which one to use. In this session we will examine the different Copilot offerings, examine the differences, and explore what to consider from an organization aspect when getting ready to implement. We will also look at Copilot Studio and see how it can be used to provide additional capabilities to existing Copilots.

- Identify the different Copilots across different products, and identify when each are applicable.
- Provide attendees with guidance one what to consider as you roll out Copilot.
- Identify use cases and scenarios for extending Copilots with Copilot Studio.
