Getting started with Sales Accelerator in Dynamics 365 Sales
The sales accelerator is an engagement platform that helps a sales team understand customers’ needs so they can engage with customers by using multiple channels within one workspace, as well as minimize the time spent on searching for the next best customer to reach out to. In this session we will explore the different use cases where Sales Acclerator can be used, examine the different capabilities it provides, provide guidance for getting started, as well as explore how it is different from Sales Playbooks.
