This session will explore development paths for converting Sales Metrics into a star schema, enabling user-friendly and performant Power BI Reports.

We will also explore the creation of daily On-Hand Inventory Snapshots in Synapse Serverless with the use of Create External Table as Select (CETAS) statements, and how the same development path can be used to create a logical data warehouse directly in Azure Datalake, enabling much more advanced analytics.
