In this session, we’ll skip the theory and go straight to the real world: how planning actually behaves when item parameters are misconfigured, what happens when forecasts don’t feed correctly into MRP, and how to stop drowning in action messages that don’t make sense. Drawing on hands-on client implementations across manufacturing and distribution, this session walks through the planning enhancements available natively in Business Central including reordering policies, safety stock, dampener settings, MPS vs. MRP, and the Planning Worksheet. This session shows you exactly where things go wrong and how to fix them. You’ll leave with a framework you can apply Monday morning.”
