In this session, you’ll learn to go beyond the dashboards built into Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to use Power BI to fully realize the potential of the data that’s not only locked up in Dynamics 365 CE but also in your other applications.

You’ll learn how to use the “Visualize this view” feature in Dynamics to quickly analyze any data in D365 and share your analysis with others. Then, we’ll build on those reports by learning to do more robust reporting, analysis, and AI on Dynamics 365 data within Power BI. You’ll also discover how to grab data from any Power BI dashboard and include it in your Dynamics 365 dashboards, giving users a 360-degree view of the customer. By the end of the session, you will have learned how to build a complete Power BI dashboard of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing data.
