Course Description:
This 3-hour executive course, brought to you by Dynamics Communities and Community Summit North America, is designed to help you prepare for and understand the strategy, planning, and execution of a cloud ERP system. Course participants will learn:
- How to consider the process, strategy, prioritization, and frameworks of a cloud ERP implementation
- How to apply the RACI framework to an ERP implementation
- How to properly identify the business requirements and create a business requirements document (BRD)
- How to develop a “checklist” of requirements when selecting the right ERP implementation partner
- How to create a sufficient data migration strategy
- What to consider before, during, and after an implementation
- Training and post-go-live support after an implementation has been done
Certification of Course Completion:
Following the course receive a certification of completion from Dynamics Communities by answering a short 10-question quiz based on the learning objectives and insights shared through the course.
