When running Lanham E-Ship Pack Line Scanning on //CP, we receive Error: 10400-Invalid/Missing Refresh Token. I&#8217;ve tried resetting UPS API and both Production and Test Connections are 405. Can anyone help point me in direction for resolution? </p>

We implemented the Paperless Invoice and it is mostly working. In UPSLink, the checkbox is on the FastTab Contract Services. On the UPS Option Page Card for UPS Standard, on FastTab International for setting Commercial Invoice, we selected Paperless Invoice.</p>

<p>Here is an example of the connecting table that works as an export in Config Pkg, but not as a web service. The mapping table 7505 shows Items with the attribute and value, but not as a web service. Thanks for any other thoughts you may have. </p></p>

When I run a config package, I see the tables for Item Attribute (7500), Attribute Value (7501), and Attribute Value Mapping (7505). 7505 shows the Table ID, eg, 27 for Item, as well as the Item Number, Attribute ID, and Attribute Value ID. <p>I have the hierarchical rule set as shipment-order-item-package and applied to customer card. Everything is brought over correctly from the 850 to the SO. . We’re bringing in addresses to the sales order as these are drop-ship. Nav automatically flags these as “custom address” on the SO. I&hellip;</p>

<p>I did set codes up with defaults on both the Status Codes page and the 856 Export tab. however, I left Order Shipped and Item Shipped blank because we&#8217;re using Order/Item Shipped Complete and Order/Item Backorder Status Codes. Are those required and I should duplicate the Complete codes? </p>

This customer requires we send ASN as a final confirmation when shipped complete as well as notifying of a backordered item cancelling the entire order if any one item is not available. Is anyone familiar with these settings and able to point us in the right direction? </p>
