Hi, Noreen- It depends if you’re using the standard 855 or the Advanced 855. For the standard, you can set the EDI Template to ‘Auto EDI Release Sales Order’ and then the SENDPOACK job can be set up on the EDI Job Queue to run at specified times. If you’re using the Advanced PO Ack, set the EDI Template, Ext. Doc. tab, to ‘Create Adv. PO Ack. on Receipt’ and ‘Auto Release Order Status’, then the SENDADVPOACK job can be set up on the EDI Job Queue. This is assuming you aren’t making any changes to the orders and accepting them as is. If using the Advanced PO Ack, you could set the job queue to run the 855 later in the day to allow time to make changes to the orders and update the Adv. PO Ack codes before they send.
