NAV 2018 Lanham EDI 850 Residential Delivery Flag
In NAV 2018 using Lanham EDI, I’m mapping an incoming 850 TD5 element to the Sales Order (Header) field Residential Delivery when appropriate. The TD5 shows ‘ZZ’ in 07 and ‘RES’ in 08. I set a conditional for those elements and since Residential Delivery is a Boolean, I’m using Substitute Value. There’s no data Type ‘Boolean’, so it’s set to ‘Text’ in the 850 Element. I see the value in List Fields, but it doesn’t populate to the Sales Order at all regardless whether I set the Substitute Value as 1, YES, or TRUE.
I’ve tried mapping based on the Shipment Method Code with the same results. I’ve also looked at setting up a cross-reference, but don’t find cross-reference type available for this field.
How can I resolve this? Any help is appreciated!
