Hi Randi, there is definitely a way to update trade agreements in mass! Open a new trade agreement journal and go into the Lines view. Click Select and choose your parameters of the data you want to bring over. For example, a group of items and trade agreements by a specific customer or vendor.

This will bring ALL current values for the specified records into the new trade agreement journal, which can all now be edited!

Is the error within Edge itself or in the Workflow application that pops up? Can you get to the workflow application and then to the point where you put your username and password in?

Hi Randi! I am glad to hear that this is working well for you.

If you navigate to your Trade agreement lines, you can use the Open in Excel functionality, download the lines to Excel, then when it opens in Excel – there should be a Microsoft Dynamics Data Connector that opens on the right side of the screen (once you click enable editing). This will open the Trade agreement lines in Excel, make changes to the data, and then allow you to Publish changes back to the Trade agreement journal lines. When you publish, the Data Connector will validate your changes and tell you they were successful or not.
