I “retired” in 2018, but I continue to assist The Schaefer Group part-time as the Senior Management team requests.

My career has primarily been a combination of management, accounting and technology, with human resources thrown in. I’ve allowed my previous credentials to expire during my retirement but they included Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Global Management Accountant.

Before “packaged” accounting software was readily available, I wrote accounting software code for 5+ years.
