From the HR and Payroll Area Page – Navigate to Setup | Payroll | Unemployment Tax

Pull up the Tax Code for FUTA, which is FED – There is a box to ‘Include Tax Sheltered Annuities.’ If the box is marked, the TSA Deductions will appear in a list on the left. If they are inserted, those TSA’s will be INCLUDED in Taxable Wages.

Look at that window to see if any TSA’s are indeed selected.

Have you looked at the Mekorma Checkbook Setup Window?

From the Mekorma Area Page – select Setup | Purchasing | Checkbook Setup

Under the EFT Remittance Options, verify it is NOT set to Dynamics GP Report Writer. Select EFT Remittance Format, and then use the lookup to select the desired format from Mekorma’s full library of PDF formats.
