  • EFT Remittance PDF Not Attaching to Email

    We are sending EFT Remittances to our vendors through email which includes a PDF attachment of the remittance form. We recently changed from using the Word Templates as our remittance form to Mekorma’s remittance report. After switching to this new format, we are seeing that none of our emails to our vendor include the PDF attachment. The only thing that changed was the remittance form, all of our email settings remain the same and were working prior to this change. Has anyone had this issue before? I can’t figure out why my emails no longer have attachments.

    Have you looked at the Mekorma Checkbook Setup Window?

    From the Mekorma Area Page – select Setup | Purchasing | Checkbook Setup

    Under the EFT Remittance Options, verify it is NOT set to Dynamics GP Report Writer. Select EFT Remittance Format, and then use the lookup to select the desired format from Mekorma’s full library of PDF formats.

    Also be sure to check your Company Email Settings show you have selected ‘PDF’ as an attachment

    Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Company > Email Settings
    Review the “Send Documents as Attachments” section to ensure “PDF” is checked
