I am a novice with BC. Our partner helped set up the Income Statement and Balance Sheet rows and columns to match what we had in NAV. So far I have used BC’s Financial Reporting for these statements. I selected “View Financial Report” and then exported to an Excel template because I don’t like BC’s landscape format.

I think you could go to Tax Jurisdictions in NAV and make the change at the appropriate time. If you don’t want to delete the Jurisdiction, you could select Details from the ribbon and change its tax rates to zero. I’d be interested to hear if there is a more elegant solution.

Good points, thanks David. We were OK with your points 1 and 2. Regarding the debugger, we need to remember that feature next time. I say “next time” because a consultant developer fixed the problem – just a few minutes ago – but there will be a considerable fee. Live and (hopefully) learn!

I run the Post Inventory Cost to GL routine when I close the inventory period each month, but NAV always tells me that “There is nothing to post”, apparently because we have NAV set up to make adjustments in real time.
