      Hi staffs,

      I have a friend that got problem when sign up as the picture, could you have any suggestion in this case?
      His Firefox version: 45.7.0

       
      The error message: oops! we’re sorry – it looks like something went wrong

      p/s: i could not use insert image/attach file in my company network.
