Hi All,

I was wondering if someone could give me some tips on the most efficient way to post out my Power BI dashboard to Slack on a weekly basis automatically?

I can see some ways to use a flow to post the link but I actually just want the image/ screenshot of one tab. If anyone can help that would be awesome!

I am not sure if this could work, but it is worth a try

– Subscribe to your Report/Dashboard
– This will give you email with attachment (attachment will be png file I think)
– Now you can create a flow that will send your attachment from email to slack.

Hi Nicole,

The folks at DevScope have a cool option for doing what you need. It’s called Power BI Robots. We have used it at a couple of customer sites and they are happy with it. The nice thing is you can use this for more than just posting to Slack. Basically you can automate sending the screenshots to anyone and not require additional Power BI licenses.
