      Hi Team,

Yesterday I had a weird occurrence after publishing my daily report.

The values shown in IE were totally different to the values of the gauges on my desktop.

As IE the standard business browser is  I desperately need assistance

      Example below:

      Best regards / Viele Grüße

      Hi David,

Do you still have this issue at the moment?
My first guess would be that this is a caching issue where IE still had a different version of the data.

As I haven’t experienced this specific issue, I can only tell you how I would troubleshoot it.
      – I’d look if CTRL+F5 (refresh page with a force clearing of the browser cache)
      – I’d look if other visualisations have the same issue
      – I’d look if this is in both a dashboard and the report itself
      – I’d look if clicking a filter and undoing that filter would correct the situation

      – I’d go crazy but then start delving deeper into the data to pinpoint exactly what data is missing (and indeed, if other data is missing)
If it seems that data is actually missing in the IE version, then I’d contact Power BI Support. As a pro customer you have support included.
You can create a support ticket via this page: Support | Microsoft Power BI

      Hi Jan,

Having already tried what you suggested to no avail I created a ticket and MS are slowly trying to find a solution.

The weird thing being that although I and some users can see the correct values online in various browsers, even they have the issue when they try to see data in other browsers.

Even IPhone cannot now visualize the correct values

When MS has discovered where the issue lies I will post further šŸ™‚
