      Hi,

Best approach is to use Environment variables ( to store SP Site and list names) and Solutions – to export apps/flows easily from one environment to another.
      Please check these docs
      https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/common-data-service/environmentvariables
      https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/environment-variables-available-in-preview/
      https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/common-data-service/solutions-overview

Other option could be exporting individual apps as package and import those in target environments.

      Thanks

If you go to the NEW Admin CenterĀ Ā https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environmentsĀ  you can create a NEW environment
by default, it will have “Production, Sandbox, and Trial” I don’t think you can create a QA environment, but you can Name your environment
QA and then select the “Sandbox” environment.Ā
