Did you know each PUG has their own library to make it a great place to store and share resources?
Find a great Power BI resource?Share with all PUG users in the PUG Exchange!
Want to let your user group know a document is available? Utilize your Power BI User Group (PUG) as a central repository for important documents, such as meeting minutes, paper submissions, and other helpful resources for your fellow regional or virtual user group members. We recommend posting a new message in your user group and attaching your document to trigger a digest email. To attach a document to your post, click “Attach” and select and add your document from your computer or cloud storage. The document will then automatically be added to the user group’s library. On the landing pages of each PUG, you can easily navigate to that user group’s library by clicking on the “Library” tab to browse the uploaded resources.
To easily disseminate a grouping of new resources to a larger audience, you can link directly to a library folder. From the folder view of the library, click on the link icon to access the folder’s link. Also, you can also bookmark a library item to view later by clicking on the arrow next to “Actions,” then clicking “Add to Favorite”. You can access your favorite items by going to your profile and clicking on SETTINGS>LIBRARY FAVORITES.

Adding option to have Private Library for Group Leader is good to have feature. We can store article that will be shared with group in future. We can plan when to release article/Link…..

Hi, Vivek!
Right now, you cannot schedule library entries to be public or hide them until you want them to be public. However, when you add files to the library, they are not included in the digest so you can always add files to your user group library and then create a post with a link to the library file(s) when you are ready to notify your group via the discussion digest messages.
