      Hello Experts,

I have SharePoint list with around 15 columns and I want to display this list in PowerApps similar to excel table structure. I have a screen that allows adding new entries but not sure the best way to allow data edits that already exists in the Sharepoint list using forms. Is it possible that use can chance certain column entries for the existing datasets in a tabular form and how to achieve this in PowerApps?

      Many thanks

      Bazz

Two ways – Create a Gallery or Create a table.Ā  Gallery is my preferred.Ā  The data source for the Gallery to be your SP list.Ā  Only place the column you really want to see.Ā  Then on a new form place an edit form based on the same data source. It should populate with most fields from the SP list.Ā  Make the items property to be Gallery?.Selected (?= Gallery number).Ā  On the select to the Galley simply navigate to the Form View.Ā  You will see the form populated with the data from the SP list based on teh row you selected.

      Put a button with SubmitForm(Form?)
