      Hi,
Sorry if this is a basic question , I’m a newbie with DAX.

I’m struggling to create the CSAT formula in Power BI.

I want to calculate the Overall CSAT (below) based on all answers across all customers / questions.
In excel its pretty simple but I cannot translate this into a formula and then apply a filter per customer in PBI.

Score Number of Responses score x responses
      1 5 5
      2 1 2
      3 6 18
      4 4 16
      5 12 60
      Total Responses 28 101
      CSAT 3.6 101/28

I then want to be able to break the CSAT down into individual groupsĀ

EG: CSAT By Customer , Question, etcĀ

Survey Description SORG Customer Number UNAME QUSID Question Response MD Customer Name Date Score
      Sep-19 Home 1 1 1 Good Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 4
      Sep-19 Home 1 2 2 Outstanding Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 5
      Sep-19 Home 1 3 3 Average Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 3
      Sep-19 Home 1 4 4 Average Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 3
      Sep-19 Home 1 5 5 Good Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 4
      Sep-19 Home 1 6 6 Poor Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 1
      Sep-19 Home 1 7 7 Poor Joe Bon Bons 23/09/2019 1

      Thanks in advance,

      Alison

      Hi ,

      Create 3 measures
Number of Responses, Score X Responses and CSAT

For number of responses you can do COUNTROWS(Table1).

For Score X responses, you can just do a sum i.e. SUM(Table1[Score])

Then to get the CSAT Score you can do DIVIDE(?Score X Responses, number of responses,0)

Here is a screenshot of the report from the data that you shared:

This should give you the CSAT score and then you can slice and dice it as you want.

      Hope this helps.

      Thank you,
