I’m creating a number of forms (one per machine) that are triggered when a team member scans a QR code. The QR codes are on the front of each machine. The form is then populated with the possible maintenance tasks for that machine and the tech choses which options apply. I have a flow populating the form details to an excel spreadsheet ‘Maintenance Master.
I need the form name to be populated on the excel spreadsheet as it represents the specific machine. I’ve not found a way to do this in PowerAutomate.
Has anyone been able to add a form name to an excel file through PowerAutomate?
Template being used: Track Microsoft Forms responses in an Excel Online (Business) spreadsheet File is not in OneDrive (for IP reasons cannot show actual file location) it is an excel file in a SharePoint location

Hi Kelly,
after you added the row into a table you can use the function “Modify a row in a table” and add the name of the form. I’m not sure if the name of the form is a dynamic value which you can retrieve from the form but it seems to me that you have a specific form for every machine so maybe you can hard code the name into the excel file?

Hi Koen,
Thank you for the assist. Through trying your process I found a simple solution.
I added a column in the excel spreadsheet titled “Machine”. In each flow I manually entered the name of the machine in that field. i used Keyboard as a beta test.
