Good morning. I am really new to Power BI, and I’m trying to make a change to the Row Level Security on a dashboard created by another user.  I have confirmed I have read/write access to the actual PBIX file, but when I try to open it in PowerBI Desktop, I’m getting an access denied message. Any thoughts on what else I need to open/modify this file?

PBIX is not a security driven. It’s an under-lying data file. 

Could you please provide the screen-shot so that we can see what exactly is the issue.
