Last saturday at Power Platform Global Bootcamp in Panama (the one that I lead), we did a demo using Power Automate and ChatGPT to scan emails from customer service inbox, analyze each and every single one, extract the key phrases and automate customized responses to customers (instead of auto-reply).
Afterwards, and within the same flow, the key phrases extracted by ChatGPT were pushed to a spread-sheet that it was automatically emailed to the customer service rep.
This is a real case. The same rep could process +400 emails from customers per day. Prior to this development, it couldn’t get over 40 cases per day.
There are many more applications, but this one was really spectacular.
