  Help with Copilot Sales and F&SCM

  Hi friends,

  I went to a great session at Summit that showed the new “Out of the box” Sales Order Agent for D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. They showed how you select it, then just do a few configurations, and just like that, this powerful agent can take emails and turn them into sales orders in F&SCM. Here’s the thing, I can’t find this agent in Copilot Studio. If I remember correctly, this was being released as a “Managed Agent” which I just needed to select it and then configure it from that section. I only show a few agents available in the Managed Agents, and few total agent templates. I don’t see the Sales Order agent they showed in the demo. Am I missing something?

  I’ve tried asking Copilot for help, which has been pretty useless. Google claims no such agent exists. I know it does, I saw it with my own eyes. I know people asked, “Is this available for everyone, or is this in preview” and they confirmed it’s released for everyone. I remember the icon being green, and it had pre-build connections to D365 F&SCM. I attached a screenshot of what I can see.

  Does this ring a bell to anyone? Can you find it in your Copilot Studio? Does it require some weird behind the scenes enablement by an admin? I checked the Copilot admin center and don’t see anything to flip on.
