  10 days of Microsoft Fabric challenge – #6 Ingest Data with Dataflows Gen2

  Let’s go with module 6 of the 10 days of Microsoft Fabric challenge, now dedicated to Dataflows Gen2.

  As Power BI user, this one is very nice, here is why:

  1. Power Query on Fabric!!

  2. Drag & Drop or code in M to create a dataflow, and view data lineage

  3. Load dataflow anywhere: Table, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Datamart, Power BI dataset, another dataflow…

  This an exciting feature to have within Fabric, and I’m sure my colleague @Victoria has great insights to share

  1. Data flow reduces time data engineers spend in extracting data.

  2. It is important to note that data flows do not replace a data warehouse.
